About Me
I am your partner
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation. I am married and my wife is an ordained pastor. We love to serve churches and pastors. I love to play a violin. I was ordained in 1993 in the United Methodist Church and have served both Korean speaking and English speaking church for the last 25+ years. I got my M.Div from Garrett Evnagelical Theological Seminary and Ph. D. from the Northwestern University (Hebrew Bible). I wrote books for Bible Studies and Small groups. I am a resident of California and a member of the California Nevada Annula Conference of the UMC.
What is coaching?
Once my wife lost her phone. I asked her questions. Where did you go? Whom did you meet? What did you do? When she answered those questions, she remembered where she put her phone. I ask questions, and you will find the answer to your challenges. That is coaching. Sometimes it is not a phone that we lose. It can be our value, identity, or purpose. I will remind you of what is your priority in your life, who you truly are, and why you do what you do.
